AAF Tucson 2010 Advertising Professional of the Year
American Advertising Federation Tucson (AAF Tucson) has selected Darrell Durham, director of market development for Tucson Newspapers, as 2010 Advertising Professional of the Year. The award will be officially presented at AAF Tucson's 29th Annual ADDY® Awards gala event on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa.
The AAF Tucson Advertising Professional of the Year award is presented annually in memory of Warren F. Olson, an outstanding Tucson radio sales manager. The recipient is recognized as a model for others, and as an exceptional professional leader in the field of advertising. Rochelle Lang, Jackson Boelts, Mary Martin, Ray Depa, Steven Meckler, Debbie Wagner, Cyndy Neighbors, Linda Cohen and Kerry Stratford are among those who have previously received this honor.
AAF Tucson & Ad2 Tucson are comprised of more than 400 local advertising and media professionals. Both clubs work to enhance the professional development of club members, while increasing recognition for the advertising industry and giving back to the local community.
